In order to register with the practice you should bring your NHS Medical Card. If you don’t have a medical card a receptionist will ask you to fill in a form and will offer you a registration medical appointment.

If you are taking any of the above drugs please be aware that these will no longer be routinely commenced or prescribed. These drugs are liable to abuse and addiction and are carefully monitored at this practice. If any of these medications are required you should make an appointment to discuss with the GP in the first instance, this is not a guarantee that they will be prescribed.
