Face Mask Policy & Exemptions
All patients and visitors are required to wear a face covering when attending the practice. If you present at the practice and are unable to wear one, please use the intercom situated at the main entrance to the surgery. A receptionist will be able to assist you.
If you feel absolutely unable to wear a mask please contact us by telephone 0141 558 6178 and we will seek to work with you to find a solution, which may or may not result in a face to face consultation.

For eye problems please contact your optician.
For coughs, colds, sore throats, indigestion, diarrhoea or constipation please contact your local pharmacy.
Due to new guidelines, your GP is no longer the first port of call for urine infections. If you are female and aged 16-65 years and think you may have a urine infection you should now contact your nearest pharmacy where they will assess you and provide necessary treatment.

About Our Practice
We are a practice of three doctors. Our team also includes a practice manager, practice administrator, receptionists, health care assistant and practice nurse Anita Murray. We have associated district nurses, (Joanna Crawford RGN.DN), Health visitors (Katrina Dunn) who are employed by the Health Board.
The surgery is open from 8.30 until 18.00 Monday to Friday. Please note the surgery is closed on a Monday between 1.00pm and 2.00pm for staff training. In the event of an emergency during this time please call 0141 558 6178.
The practice has suitable access for disabled patients.
The practice telephone system has the facility for call recording for all incoming and outgoing calls.
